Restricted Locations

Refund Policy
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of research products, all sales are final.
BioPeak does not accept returns for:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products that have been stored improperly
- Customer ordering errors
- Buyer remorse
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect item
You must notify BioPeak within 48 hours of delivery.
To submit a claim, please provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product
- Clear photographs of the packaging
Failure to report issues within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.
Approved Claims
If BioPeak determines that an order was damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Replace the product
- Issue store credit
- Issue a refund
BioPeak reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact BioPeak directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
- Order cancellation
- Account termination
- Collection efforts where permitted by law
BioPeak reserves all rights available under applicable law to contest improper chargebacks.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
