Overview
This combination pairs the GHRH analog CJC-1295 (without DAC) with the selective ghrelin mimetic Ipamorelin. Together they produce a synergistic, short-duration GH pulse that closely mimics the body's natural release pattern — without elevating cortisol or prolactin.
Mechanism of action
CJC-1295 stimulates the GHRH receptor while Ipamorelin activates the ghrelin/GHS receptor. The two pathways converge in the anterior pituitary to amplify GH release synergistically — producing a stronger pulse than either peptide alone.
Reported benefits
- Natural pulsatile growth hormone release
- Improved sleep architecture and recovery
- Lean muscle preservation during cutting phases
- Skin, hair, and nail quality improvements
- No appreciable cortisol or prolactin elevation
Research dosing
Research protocols commonly use 100–300 mcg of each, injected subcutaneously 1–3 times daily — often pre-bed and post-workout. 8–12 week cycles.
Considerations
Best taken on an empty stomach (90 min after eating, 30 min before) since elevated insulin and free fatty acids blunt the GH pulse. Most physiologic GH-axis option available in research.
